Chang San-cheng (or Simon Chang) ( Chinese: 張善政; pinyin: Zhāng Shànzhèng) (born 24 June 1954) is a Taiwanese politician who has been the mayor of Taoyuan City since 25 December 2022. He was Premier of Taiwan from 1 February 2016 (de facto; 18 January 2016 as the Acting Premier) until 20 May 2016, appointed by President Ma Ying-jeou.
