Dec 19, 1971 · LOS ANGELES, Dec. 18 (AP) Diana Lynn, the stage and movie actress, died today in Mount Sinai Hospital, nine days after having suffered a stroke. She was 45 years old.
Diana Lynn was a child actress and pianist who starred in movies such as The Major and the Minor and Our Hearts Were Young and Gay. She died of a stroke in 1971 at age 45, after retiring from acting and running a travel agency in New York.
