The Encore Collection compilation is very different from the studio album "Eye in the Sky" having few songs in common. ℗&© 1999 BMG Special Products Release variant with different catalog numbers, as well as different BaOI. The word "Excelsior" is also printed stylized in many places on the release.

Eye in the Sky. (1982) The concept behind this album was related to belief systems, whether they be religious beliefs, political beliefs or belief in luck (as in gambling). Generally the concept is related to the universal idea that there is someone looking down on us all. The expression is also used in military and surveillance contexts.

This isn't the real "Eye in the Sky" album! It's a ... "Best of" without any real graphics or liner notes. (I haven't opened it, since it's going back, so I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
