    Jon Mack was born in Rochester, a suburb near Detroit, Michigan. She grew up on a farm owned by her grandparents. The only child of a drama teacher and theater director, she began acting on stage at the tender age of five. She is of Polish and Eastern-European descent. At age 17, she attended the prestigious Tisch School of Arts at NYU in both Lee Strasberg and Experimental Theater schools where she also worked as a fashion model to help support her studies. A few years later, Mack relocated to Los Angeles to finish her studies at UCLA and begin working in feature films.
