Kevin Nealon (/ ˈ n iː l ən /; born November 18, 1953) is an American stand-up comedian and actor. Nealon first gained widespread attention during his tenure as a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 1986 to 1995, where he anchored the show's news parody segment Weekend Update .
