The Williamsburg Outlet Mall is located in Lightfoot, just outside of Williamsburg. It used to be a thriving, diverse, interesting mall with all shops filled to capacity. It is now just a shell of its former self. Looked like about 75% of shopping space is vacant; not much left for shoppers.
