In the usual course of events, a high-powered company sales executive wouldn't have much to do with Mike, the hapless loser who works and lives at the Arizona motel where she plans to spend one night.
Synopsis. Mike Flux (Steve Zahn) works at his parents' (Jerry (Fred Ward) & Trish (Margo Martindale) motel as the night manager. He is a one man show and does all the odd jobs around the motel, including cleaning the rooms and the pool. He has no friends and a very lonely existence.
