Feb 21, 2024 · Returned $2.1 billion to shareholders in 2023 through dividends and share repurchases. Nutrien’s Board of Directors approved an increase in the quarterly dividend to $0.54 per share. Nutrien continues to target a stable and growing dividend with our dividend per share increasing by 35 percent since the beginning of 2018.

Nutrien generated net earnings of $7.7 billion ($14.18 diluted net earnings per share) and adjusted EBITDA 1 of $12.2 billion in 2022 supported by higher realized fertilizer prices and record Nutrien Ag Solutions (“Retail”) performance, more than offsetting a reduction in fertilizer sales volumes.
