Rare is a dysfunctional workplace with multiple problems that begin with a notoriously incompetent CEO, a bloated C-suite (check out their 990 and how much they all get paid!), and a board that simply doesn't care. Huge turnover from competent senior management. Overworked staff for small salaries.
