St. Nicholas Church (German: Nikolaikirche) is the oldest of the three major parish churches of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund in Germany. It was dedicated in 1279 to St. Nicholas of Myra, the patron saint of sailors. Since 1524 it has been an Evangelical Lutheran church.

St. Nicholas really gives you a feeling for the beauty of medieval buildings. This is the oldest of Stralsund's major parish churches. It has survived the Reformation, a major fire, and American bombing during WW II. The entrance fee is minimal and definitely worth it as there is so much to see.
