Stafford Alois Repp (April 26, 1918 [1] – November 5, 1974) was an American actor best known for his role as Police Chief Miles Clancy O'Hara on ABC 's Batman television series . World War II. Soon after the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, he served a stint in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II.
