Tandy Radio Shack Corporation (TRS) TRS was formed by the 1963 merger of Tandy Leather Company and Radio Shack (which was almost bankrupt at the time). They dealt in many different electronic products, but introduced two computers that were important in fostering the personal computer revolution.
