I had a disappointing experience with Thrifty Car Rental. Despite returning the car with a full tank, I was hit with $90 for missing fuel, two weeks after returning the car. Efforts to resolve this issue through customer service have been unproductive (customer service is essentially non-responsive), leading to unnecessary stress and wasted time.
