  7. Yes and no. All schools teaches Swedish and English, so there you get a foreign language. Then you can often choose later on in school to learn Spanish/German/French, but only one of those languages. Differs from area to area though, but that's how my city in Sweden have always been. So generally you learn two foreign languages, not three or more.
