The reasons why SVC was rough was it was rushed out. It was being made at the same time CVS was being made. It was on hold for a while when Aruze took over SNK then quickly finished and released when Playmore took over. Capcom had the opportunity to really refine their games and make them better. As well this is a SNK arcade original NEO GEO game, not a Capcom made game AT ALL, lots of misconceptions here. The only thing Capcom has to do with SVC Chaos is the IP usage. Same but the opposite for SNK for Capcom vs SNK games. Capcom made but SNK IP usage.
