If you have been prescribed an AstraZeneca medication and can't afford it, the AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program may be able to help. You will be notified of your enrollment decision once you submit the online application. If eligible, your medication will be sent to you at no cost.
Choose this option if you would like to enroll in AZ&Me for the first time or if you are already enrolled and need to request support for a new medication. The enrollment form has been updated! It is shorter and helps get decisions faster. Please download from “Forms & Resources” page on website.
