I’m Canadian and have a (imho) great short that I just finished and am starting to submit to festivals. I cannot wrap my head around these premiere requirements though - just submitted to TIFF yesterday, would like to submit to Telluride, but see the festival is weeks before TIFF - which would kill my World Premiere and North America Premiere if I played at Telluride.
