Blok 23 je odličan primer pravca u arhitekturi pod nazivom “brutalizam” nastalog od francuske reči “beton brut” što znači “sirov beton“.. Blok 23 je zaštićen zakonom od strane Zavoda za zaštitu spomenika kulture grada Beograda odlukom o utvrđivanju centralne zone Novog Beograda za prostorno kulturno-istorijsku celinu, kao Celina A (blokovi 21, 22, 23).
Feb 3, 2011 · The buildings of block 23 were constructed from 1968 to 1974. The buildings are organized along two circulation corridors; narrow courtyards are located between the circulation cores.
