10 reviews of BUDGET RENT A CAR SYSTEM "I picked up a Nissan Altima at the Rochester airport on 8/18/18. Nice car, good gas mileage, but the navigation "system" was totally unacceptable. It was a cell phone which only had a connection for about 60% of our itinerary.
