Devil Hunter Yohko (Japanese: 魔物ハンター妖子, Hepburn: Mamono Hantā Yōko) is a Japanese original video animation series created by Madhouse, produced by Toho, and released in North America by ADV Films as their first release. The series was first released on December 1, 1990 and ended on July 1, 1995.
October 12, 2022. (2022-10-12) 16-year-old Denji has been burdened with a massive debt left behind by his deceased father, who committed suicide. To repay the debt, he works as a Devil Hunter with Pochita, the dog-resembling Chainsaw Devil.
The series premiered on April 2019, having aired on Tokyo MX and other networks (first season only), and is currently airing on Fuji TV (second season onwards). In North America, it is licensed by Aniplex of America, and streams on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Funimation.
