Dec 6, 2021 · Problem solved. Safari is supposed to work for me, not the other way around. I've had multiple similar Safari issues with my brokerage account, not Edward Jones. So, after Safari crashed while I was setting up a trade this morning, I logged into my account using Chrome and experienced no issues and made my trade uneventfully.

No. Edward Jones or an Edward Jones client must be the payee. Checks written to anyone else cannot be deposited through Online Access or with your Edward Jones team. I have a business account (i.e., Corporate) and need to deposit to my account through Online Access mobile check deposit.
