Florida students who are not full-time private or public school students can access the Personalized Education Program (PEP) through the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program. Step Up For Students works with the State of Florida to fund New Worlds Scholarship Accounts after students are found eligible. This process may take several weeks. Step Up will send scholarship funding updates to the email address associated with your EMA account.
The EMA system allows for families to apply for multiple scholarships (FES UA & FES-EO/FTC) for each student. Each time you log onto the EMA platform, you will need to complete a multi-factor authentication. We recommend you use a cell phone or phone number that does not answer as a recording.
