Foster City Library aerial view does not look like a open book as stated in Wikipedia. I agree that on the Google satellite map showing the top of the library, it doesn't have any resemblance to an open book.

Hillsborough is an incorporated town in San Mateo County, California, United States, in the San Francisco Bay Area.It is located 17 miles (27 km) south of San Francisco on the San Francisco Peninsula, bordered by Burlingame to the north, San Mateo to the east, Highlands-Baywood Park to the south, and Interstate 280 to the west.
Due to the 2020 redistricting, California's 14th congressional district has been shifted geographically to the East Bay. It encompasses most of Alameda County, except for the Oakland Area and the Tri-City Area, which are taken in by the 12th district and 17th district respectively.
