Socket one Gems of Ages into the King's Fistcuffs and it will sell for almost 9 million GP. If you add another gem worth more than 100000 GP, it'll put the price over 10 million GP.
Press CTRL, Shift and the tilde (~) key and a question mark will pop up. Select the question mark and insert the gear names below to spawn that gear. Some of it, such as the Ancestral Footsteps, can be sold back for massive amounts of money if needed. If you leave the elite or legendary off of the name, then it spawns a lesser version of that gear.

To bring up a cheat console (which is, in fact, an on-screen question mark), press CTRL, Shift, and Tilde (~) at the same time. Then, click on the question mark that appears and insert the codes listed below for the desired result.
•ascend # - Go up to a level, # representing the level number
•blood - Blood instead of stars
•descend # - Go down to a level, # representing the level number
•experience - Gives you some experience automatically
•fame - Gives you some fame automatically
