I find alot of the races frustrating. Sometimes when you hit a barrel it will get stuck under you and spin you out. Off the start line take a slight left turn, and once the bugs have merged into the centre, hit your boost. Now you've already got your first shot at the target. Fire that 'poon! Stay on the chase, boost through the mines but stay behind the flames. Wait for 'poon reload and a clear shot.

The best way to beat this is to drive past all the little nobody vehicles and get right behind the Big Chief as fast as you can. The longer the race goes on, the tougher it is to pull this off.
