Use downloader.la. I'd recommend using a downloader like Downloader.la or Tomato.to to download the not-so-great image first. And then you could use DeepImage.ai to enhance and upscale the image for a better result. You can try searching for it in yandex, kinda iffy but sometimes they have watermark free images.
