Toph could fight Ghazan, but she’s in trouble because Ghazan can turn the floor to lava. She could still knock him out with a solid hit. I doubt P’Li would win quickly, Zuko and Sokka are likely to hide and try and figure out a strategy while buying time. And then of course, if Aang pops the Avatar state he defeats all four of them easily.
