Zuko's advantages Speed CQC (also...do his swords count as standard gear?) Damage Output Ghazan's Advantages Defense Versatility Oh...and of course his lava TBH, if it's in the Crystal Catacombs I would favor Ghazan, and at the Tree of Time I might favor Zuko. Ghazan is overall more powerful, but I think that Zuko can handle his earth.
Toph loses to Ghazan with lava. If Aang can defeat Zaheer and make it back, than they defeat Ghazan P’li probably loses or wins depending on the situation. Sokka isn’t agile enough to dodge combustion. However, if you switch up the matchup, than maybe you could win Zaheer vs Zuko. Zuko wins without flight, with flight it’s a stalemate.
Still, Zuko would be better than Ghazan during Sozin's Comet in speed, equal in agility, and close in raw power, but still behind Ghazan there. Overall, Ghazan stomps Round 1 and Round 2...

The location has hidden water than both waterbenders simply have to find, like Katara did. Albeit though, Aang has a slight advantage over her in finding it because of his seismic sense.
