May 1, 2024 · Tap Default Mail App. Tap Gmail. Exit Settings and open Gmail. Tap the menu icon in the top left of the search bar. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap Settings. Tap Default apps. If Google Maps isn't already checked, select it from Navigate from your location and Navigate between locations.
