5 days ago · Here’s a downloadable Granville Island map. If you like beer, we recommend a visit to Granville Island Brewing. It was founded in 1984 and calls itself “Canada’s first microbrewery”. Brewery tours and tastings occur daily. A fun way to get to Granville Island is to hop on an Aquabus, pictured below.

Locals often take out-of-towners to "Canada's First Microbrewery" for its fab pub grub, clean, vibey setting, and reasonable prices in a touristy location just a stone's throw from the Public Market.

It’s one of the most famous spots in the city to drink craft beer, and you’ll find their beer in loads of liquor stores across the country. They also run brewery tours that are offered every day at $12 CAD per person.
