Programme overview. Training to become an actor is an intensive process which requires curiosity, courage and commitment. At Guildford School of Acting (GSA), we’ll help you develop your imagination, range, skills and technique.
Our intensive MA Acting course offers you practical actor training focusing on technical skills in acting, voice and movement. These support a range of rehearsal projects, screen acting projects and public performances.
Our Acting programmes will help you develop a clear set of individual technical skills in acting, voice and movement. Performance opportunities for BA, MA and MFA include devised projects, public productions led by a production team of industry professionals, and a West End Showcase.
You will also take part in acting, voice and movement sessions. Full guidance for each element of the audition will be sent with audition information. Applications for the MA and MFA Acting programmes should be made via the university’s postgraduate application page.
