Henryk IV Probus ( Latin for the Righteous; Polish: Henryk IV Probus or Prawy; German: Heinrich IV. der Gerechte; c. 1258 – 23 June 1290) was a member of the Silesian branch of the royal Polish Piast dynasty.

Eventually, Henryk IV Probus became the new high duke in 1289, but his sudden death one year later caused the Seniorate Province to pass to Przemysł II. However, he was deposed soon thereafter (1291) on behalf of King Wenceslaus II of Bohemia, who claimed Poland.
Henry IV Probus (Latin for the Righteous) (Polish: Henryk IV Probus or Prawy; German: Heinrich IV der Gerechte) (c. 1258 – 23 June 1290) was a Duke of the Silesian territory of Wrocław (Lower Silesia) starting in 1266, and starting in 1288 High Duke of the Seniorate Province of Kraków until his death in 1290.
The interior of the gallery has been deliberately styled to resemble church vaults. The most valuable among them is the centrally positioned tombstone of Duke Henryk IV Probus (d. 1290), made between 1300 and 1320, and the only sarcophagus preserved in its entirety.
