Bottom Line. The massive Hotel Playa Mazatlan is a three-pearl all-inclusive resort with tons of amenities in the heart of Mazatlan's Golden Zone. With six pools, three full restaurants, a massive beach, a theater, and a beautiful, man-made lagoon, it's unlikely most visitors will want for more.
