Nov 8, 2023 · I ended up going to the top left where the 9 dots are. There was a new weird address and my old hotmail, so I was able to login through that when I clicked on outlook. Aug 22, 2023 · Check your Junk Email folder and see if the news is there. Check the Other tab: If Focused Inbox is turned on for your account, the message might be in the Other charge. Select the Other tab and see if the news is there. Check the Deleted Items folder: Make sure the missing message isn’t in your Deleted Items folder.

Mar 27, 2013 · Y ou may be seeing Outlook.com because your account was automatically upgraded from Hotmail. Hotmail customers who were upgraded automatically to Outlook.com were notified in advance via email. By upgrading to Outlook.com, you are only upgrading the user interface of Hotmail to the new user interface.
Jun 10, 2022 · Upgrade Your Account Ad appears at the top of my hotmail inbox. I now have this annoying message at the top of my inbox. It's only there for a few seconds before it goes blank and still retains the first line of my inbox. I would get the very odd junk mail previously but since receiving this Ad, I've been inundated!
