Jul 14, 2013 · When I try logging in via IE 9, although I can't actually get into Hotmail or my inbox, if I go to www.msn.com, the number of unopened e-mails is displayed beside the Outlook.com link at the top of the page. So I'm apparently able to sign in, but NOT able to access the inbox or any part of Hotmail.
Oct 14, 2019 · During the sign in there should be a checkbox that says "keep me signed in" while entering your password. Check that checkbox. Then you can close the window and open from the link again. It should take you straight to the inbox after this without asking to sign in.
Feb 9, 2020 · I have had my Hotmail.com account for many years and I use it regularly, almost daily. This morning when I turned on the inbox was empty with a message saying the inbox had been cleared. Where have my e-mails gone, why has the inbox been cleared and how do I get my messages back?
