    The California Complete Count Committee (CCCC) was established pursuant to Executive Order B-49-18 which created an advisory panel of community leaders to encourage full participation in the 2020 Census and submit biannual reports to the Governor.

    The Census Office published several types of fact sheets during the Campaign to assist with stakeholders’ planning, outreach and rapid response efforts. 1.
