    The California Complete Count Committee (CCCC) was established pursuant to Executive Order B-49-18 which created an advisory panel of community leaders to encourage full participation in the 2020 Census and submit biannual reports to the Governor.

    Progress reports to the Legislature, as required in Section 45 of Senate Budget Bill 866, Chapter 53, Statutes of 2018 (SB 866).
