Jul 11, 2020 · When you initially enroll in MyChart, you will have the opportunity to create a personal login name (called MyChart ID) and a password. Anyone with access to your login name and password would be able to access confidential medical information, read your messages, and send new messages as if that person were you.
As of November 2nd, 2020 new features to your MyChart account were added to give you greater access and control of your health information. You will now be able to see results as soon as they are available, as well as complete access to your clinical notes. This includes documentation related to your office visits, hospital visits and procedures.
For on-the-go access to your health record, download the free MyChart mobile app and select Swedish as your health care provider. MyChart is a free service that offers you online access to your health record. Whether you are at work, at home or on the go, you can view test results, send messages to your care team and much more.
