You apply to UCLA using the University of California application. UCLA doesn't accept the Common app or the Universal app. In the past, UCLA required either SAT or ACT scores, however, in May 2020, the University of California Board of Regents voted unanimously to stop requiring the ACT and SAT as part of admissions applications.
