Jun 8, 2020 · The Summer House by James Patterson This book was what I would consider a generic version of James Patterson story telling. The story line moved quickly, the characters all held their own and I enjoyed the chapters being broken up into small clips which helped the book flow.

What we have here is a thriller from beginning to end, wrapped around the nugget of an intriguing and puzzling mystery. The Summer House was originally conceived, constructed and utilized as a seasonal retreat in rural Georgia for a wealthy family.

Aug 17, 2022 · This James Patterson novel was another fast read. The plot was gripping, the characters were unique, and the action was there. Each chapter, I found myself holding my breath, unable to predict what was going to happen. The entire book had me turning page after page. I will say, though, the last few chapters; I wanted to slow them down!
