May 11, 2010 · There is a good standard for Persian (Farsi) keyboard layout called ISIRI 9147 (former version was ISIRI 2901) but none versions of windows comply with it including Vista, XP, 98, 95. I always wonder why Microsoft doesn't like to use this standard and even more each version's keyboard layout is changing by new versions?
