  3. May 1, 2024 · While some of Whistler’s hiking trails can be pretty hardcore, the hikes at Lost Lake are pretty laid-back. The main hiking route at Lost Lake is an easy loop using the Nature Trail, then the Lost Lake Loop to circle the lake. The entire route is 4.5 km long with 55 m of elevation gain. Plan to spend about 1.5 hours.

This serene and relaxing lake is actually only a short walk from Whistler Village and Upper Village. It is best accessed by The Valley Trail from the village - The Valley Trail is the best way to get around Whistler.

  8. Lost Lake is a very pretty spot for biking/hiking. The lake park is located ~1.5 miles from Whistler Village. Great for family rides or a warm-up for some trail riding. I would highly recommend riding around the entire lake (very short ride) and also trying some of the mountain biking trails located around the entire loop.
