She was born in Harlem, New York, and is one of the Show’s original four cast members. In addition, she also starred in the spin-off Chrissy & Mr. Jones for two seasons. Lampkin is also famous for being the wife of Jim Jones.
Career. In 2014, Monroe joined the cast of VH1's Love & Hip Hop: New York in season five, which chronicled her relationship struggles with rapper Chink Santana. [5] In 2015, Monroe joined the contributing staff of Hip Hop Weekly with her advice column, Love Talk with Chrissy Monroe .
