AREIS Online. The Auditor’s Real Estate Information System (AREIS) provides public access to Real Estate data maintained by the Lucas County Auditor. The website links real estate data, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping and imaging, and property tax information in a single spot.
The 2021 Revaluation included a physical examination of every residential, commercial, and agricultural parcel in Lucas County. Each 2021 Revaluation property was visited for an updated front facing photograph, used to update the county’s public webpage: AREIS.
