Rental Registration Form and Database. If you own residential real estate and you don't reside in the property AND you are renting the property to someone, this law does apply to you and you should file a rental registration.

The Rental Registration Database is updated daily and the registration information for individual properties is available on AREIS Online. If you have a large data request for rentals in a certain area, please contact our office at outreach@co.lucas.oh.us and we will work to fulfill your request.
