Lucas County Auditor. Katie Moline is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who was recently appointed as Lucas County Auditor January 30, 2024. Katie previously served as City of Toledo at-large Councilwoman from January 2, 2020 – January 30, 2024 where she chaired the Finance, Budget and Debt Oversight Committee.
General Information. Annually, the Auditor accounts for each levy in Lucas County, creates the tax duplicate, then, after authorization from Ohio Department of Tax Equalization, forwards data to the Lucas County Treasurer. The Treasurer sends the bills and collects taxes based on the duplicate.
