Clear the game on Fetish Difficulty. Save the cleared game and enter DOWN, DOWN, CIRCLE, UP, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, R2, UP, UP, L1, TRIANGLE on the title screen. The the game cannot be saved if this code is enabled.
Earn a three star rating on any level in order to unlock a bonus piece of artwork. As an added bonus, earn a five star rating and each piece of art will have half of a code on it. Combine the left bonus' code with the right bonus' code to get the cheat. Cheats can be entered on the title menu.
Press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the game's title screen after completing the game for a new title screen.
On "White Trash", when you see the crane just through the first double gates, hide by the wheels of the crane and throw the lure. A Hunter will come along--when he turns, execute him.
