Considering the fact that Capcom seems to think that western gamers are obsessed with Frank, it is unusual that he has been relegated to being nothing more than a character who people wish make it in as DLC.

Jill Valentine and Shuma Gorath were the first two characters available at a price, and if rumors are correct, there are more in the works. The originator of the rumor leaked a full roster list last year which all ended up being confirmed for the retail release of Marvel Vs Capcom 3, so they could be on to something here.

  7. Capcom has addressed a number of reports that some of the DLC for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on Vita was missing from the storefront. According to Capcom, Costume Pack 1 along with the Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath characters aren't available for download on Vita just yet, but the rest of the DLC content for UMVC3 Vita is up for grabs without issue.
