Program Information. Columbus Public Health serves as the home to a weekly primary care free clinic provided by volunteer physicians with the Columbus Medical Association. Primary and specialty care is provided by appointment only. You must schedule an appointment prior to being seen at the clinic. Clinics are held on Monday evenings only.
