Jul 21, 2020 · The centennial of the presence of the Greek-Melkite Catholic Church in the United States was celebrated on the occasion of the 32nd Convention in July 1990 in West Paterson, New Jersey. The first Melkite Greek Catholic church was acquired in 1902 in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
We are a parish community of the Melkite Eparchy of Newton in the U.S. We are joined to the Melkite Greek Catholic Patriarchate of Antioch, an Apostolic Church. We are Byzantine in our tradition and Catholic in our status. Our mission is to gather together in worship and thanksgiving to Almighty God, the Author of all good things.
