  4. May 21, 2019 · Please share the results! Empty Deleted Items and the Recovery folder. Go to Deleted Items and select Recover items deleted from this folder and select Empty folder. Delete several emails and empty Deleted Items and the Recovery folder. Repeat the process until all unnecessary emails are deleted.

  5. Nov 8, 2023 · Hi Tim, Thanks for your reply. I ended up going to the top left where the 9 dots are. There was a new weird address and my old hotmail, so I was able to login through that when I clicked on outlook. Once I choose my hotmail account it takes me there when I login now. Thanks for contacting me though.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. Thank you. Good news - it's all there in my account (online) as expected. Bad news - still cannot get the missing emails on my cell phone.
